I've read her 1981 autobiography, "I Ain't Down Yet", detailing her life and her battle with alcoholism in the '70s. She really hadn't done much of anything in the past few years, other than correspond with some of her cloest fans and monitor her website. Most people today don't even know who she IS, because "MY LITTLE MARGIE" and "THE GALE STORM SHOW" aren't as widely seen as, say, one of Michael Jackson's videos are now.
