A new obscurity has been born and you can add another title to the list of television shows cancelled after just two episodes. Variety is reporting that NBC has pulled Do No Harm after its second, incredibly low-rated outing last night. The series premiere last Thursday (January 31st) was the lowest-rated premiere for a scripted program on any of the Big 4 networks during the regular season.
NBC ordered twelve episodes of the Do No Harm, a modern take on the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde story. No word on how many episodes were produced. The series is tied with Made in Jersey, yanked off the air last October by CBS, as the quickest cancellation of the 2012-2013 season.
Does anyone else remember “The Marshall Chronicles,” heavily promoted in 1990 and the on for only 2 or 3 episodes? It had a Randy Newman theme, and as a I recall was similar to “Seinfeld” with snarky New York teens.
yeah I remember that show. And the tv show “heartland”with.
Daisy Keith ;(
They “burned off” the remaining episodes during the summer, on Saturday nights at 10pm(et).
