As part of its 25th anniversary celebration, FOX will rebroadcast the series premiere of Married… With Children followed by the 500th episode of The Simpsons from 7-8PM on Sunday, April 22nd. FOX’s 25th Anniversary Special will then air from 8-10PM. Why the network isn’t airing the first episode of The Simpsons or some shorts from The Tracey Ullman Show instead of the 500th episode (which was originally broadcast on February 19th of this year) is a mystery, although it could very likely be a rights issue. Still, rather than repeat something that aired only months ago, there are a lot programs FOX could be repeating.
