February 2026: The Month in Home Media

The Month in Home Media is a monthly column highlighting short-lived and classic TV shows released on DVD or Blu-ray in the United States during the previous month. It is published on the first Thursday of every month.

The Month in Home Media makes its triumphant return after more than six years on hiatus. The last column was published in November 2019. I decided to revive The Month in Home Media as part of a push to promote physical media.

Going forward, the scope of the column will be expanded to include general classic TV titles, not just short-lived and/or rare TV shows. Also, this month’s column includes releases from January as well as February.
