Audio Exhibit: All in the Family Closing Credits, 1975-1976

This exhibit features audio from the closing credits to 20 of the 24 episodes from the sixth season of All in the Family that aired on CBS during the 1975-1976 season. The audio was recorded on quarter-inch reel-to-reel tape from broadcasts on WTOP-TV (Channel 9) in Washington, D.C. The station is still a CBS affiliate but is now known as WUSA.

Most of the closing credits contain voiceover promotional spots for other CBS programs like Maude, Tony Orlando and Dawn, Beacon Hill, The CBS Thursday Night Movie, and Medical Center. Two of the episodes have local WTOP-TV voiceovers for The Price Is Right during the closing credits.
