I had one of those.
“MONTY PYTHON’S FLYING CIRCUS” featured one in a sketch about magic and “voodoo” supposedly being used by London police officers [BOBBIES: (spelling out the message being received) “U….P…..Y….O….U….R….S…”/JOHN CLEESE: “‘Up yours’??? What a rude Ouija board!”]
Incidentally, that’s Hans Conried as the “mysterious voice”.
