My “master list” of obscure, forgotten TV shows includes more than 60 titles that debuted in March, ranging from list currently contains 35 TV shows that debuted in March, ranging from 1951 to 2023, including Miss Susan (NBC, 1951), The Mary Tyler Moore Hour (CBS, 1979), Q.E.D. (CBS, 1982), The Outsiders (FOX, 1990), First Years (NBC, 2001), American Heiress (MyNetworkTV, 2007), and Council of Dads (NBC, 2020).
As always, most of these shows are one season wonders or aired for less than a full season. There are also a decent number of shows that ran for a full season and a partial second season plus some that ran for two full seasons or perhaps two or three abbreviated seasons.

I remember Carol and Company because it was Carol Burnett’s big return to series TV. However, I think it was on NBC, not CBS, as I remember it being on the same night and network as The Golden Girls. The show was an anthology series with a different story each week. When ratings dropped for the second season she left that show and came back with was basically her old variety show, but now she was on CBS
